Supreme Care is a private nursing agency that provides healthcare and private nursing services to patients at their homes. Following hospital admission for an acute illness, quality private nursing care at home can shorten the patients' hospitalization length. We also provide health education and caregiver trainings to the family members and helpers of patients. Professional and Comprehensive Team

We have a comprehensive team of home private nursing personnel, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, speech therapists, clinical psychologists, personal care workers and phlebotomists. They are experienced, professional and caring. They have previously worked in hospital wards, aged care institutes, community and private family homes. We also have well trained physiotherapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants and care-related supporting workers.

Supreme Care offers a wide range of home care services, including overall assessment, mobility strengthening, daily living activities training and home environmental safety improvement to meet patient's needs. After an acute illness such as stroke or surgery, we can provide home rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, dietetic consultation and speech therapy to the patients in addition to private nursing service. Other home care services include dementia care, chest physiotherapy, suction, aromatherapy, yoga therapy, massage and acupuncture. We also offer long term care at home for clients suffering from chronic illnesses such as general frailty, dementia, Parkinson's disease, lung disease, heart disease and diabetes.
