Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly
(CCSV)

The Elderly Community Care Service Voucher Scheme has been transformed from a trial phase to a regular scheme since September 2023, and the number of community vouchers has been increased from 8,000 to 10,000 in 2024, and further to 12,000 in 2025.
