Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly
(CCSV)

The Social Welfare Department launched the third phase of the "Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly" pilot project in October 2020, using the model of "money follows the person" to allow eligible elders to use community care service vouchers (community vouchers) to choose Appropriate community care services to support the elderly at home. The pilot scheme covers all 18 districts in Hong Kong, and the maximum number of community coupons can reach 8,000. We are a service unit approved by the Social Welfare Department.
